The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Talent Acquisition Coördinator om het recruitmentteam van onze klant te versterken. In deze rol ben je volledig verantwoordelijk voor end-to-end recruitmentprocessen voor sales- en corporatefuncties binnen Europa. Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en interne stakeholders.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Nauw samenwerken met het recruitmentteam en hiring managers om sales- en corporatevacatures in heel Europa in te vullen.
  • Volledige verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor toegewezen recruitmentprocessen van A tot Z.
  • Proactief werven van kandidaten via diverse platforms en kanalen.
  • Voeren van telefonische, video- en face-to-face interviews.
  • Deelnemen aan onsite recruitment events binnen Europa (ongeveer één keer per maand).
  • Communiceren over de voortgang en resultaten van recruitment, analyseren van metrics en continu verbeteren van recruitmentstrategieën.
  • Dagelijks bijwerken van recruitment­systemen, rapportages en metrics.
  • Ondersteunen bij aanvullende HR- of recruitmentgerelateerde projecten waar nodig.

Jouw kwaliteiten als Talent Acquisition Coördinator:

  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands (C2) en een gevorderd niveau van het Engels (B2/C1).
  • 2–5 jaar ervaring in recruitment, inclusief sourcing, interviewen en het zelfstandig beheren van recruitmentprocessen van A tot Z.
  • Een hoog niveau van professionaliteit in het managen van recruitmentprocessen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, een sterke eigen drive, zelfstandigheid en een mindset gericht op continue verbetering.
  • Zeer goede kennis van en ervaring met Excel.
  • Ervaring met het werken met een ATS-recruitmentsysteem is een pluspunt.
  • Bereidheid om ongeveer één keer per maand te reizen.
