Voor een groeiende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Talent Acquisition Officer. In deze rol neem je het rekruteringsproces voor winkelmedewerkers volledig in handen en zorg je ervoor dat vacatures snel en kwalitatief worden ingevuld. Interesse? Solliciteer nu:

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende rekruteringskanalen
  • Screenen van cv's en uitvoeren van telefonische screenings
  • Voeren van selectiegesprekken
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het volledige selectieproces
  • Uitwerken van creatieve sourcing- en rekruteringsacties
  • Deelnemen aan jobbeurzen en rekruteringsevents indien nodig
  • Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Kortrijk, met sporadische verplaatsingen naar andere vestigingen.

Als Talent Acquisition Officer in Kortrijk ben jij een ondernemende recruiter die kansen ziet en initiatief neemt. Je houdt ervan om mensen te overtuigen en krijgt energie van het behalen van resultaten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelordenkniveau
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen rekrutering
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Een basiskennis Engels
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte mindset
  • Doorzettingsvermogen en een hands-on aanpak
  • Creativiteit in het aantrekken van kandidaten
