Omschrijving

Talent Acquisition & Consultancy

  • Je gaat op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten via diverse rekruteringskanalen.
  • Je voert intake-, selectie- en evaluatiegesprekken met kandidaten.
  • Je matcht talenten met opportuniteiten binnen jouw klantenportefeuille.
  • Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatures en ondersteunt employer branding initiatieven.
  • Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met zowel kandidaten als klanten.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het volledige sollicitatieproces.

Sales & Business Development

  • Je bouwt jouw eigen klantenportefeuille uit en creëert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je prospecteert actief en legt contacten met potentiële klanten.
  • Je bezoekt klanten en prospects om duurzame relaties op te bouwen.
  • Je analyseert behoeften en stelt de meest geschikte oplossingen voor.
  • Je onderhandelt commerciële afspraken en sluit deals af.
  • Je neemt ownership over jouw resultaten en werkt doelgericht naar ambitieuze targets toe.
  • Je ontwikkelt jezelf tot een volwaardige business partner voor jouw klanten.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in sales en commercieel ondernemen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet anderen te overtuigen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en communiceert vlot in het Engels. Extra talen zijn een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je bent ambitieus, gedreven en resultaatgericht.
  • Je houdt van uitdagingen en werkt graag met concrete doelstellingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
