Hi! Ik ben Laure, Office Director bij Rock Recruitment en ik zoek ervaren recruiters om ons TOP team te versterken. Zelf ben ik ooit gestart als (Expert) Talent Recruiter, daarna doorgegroeid naar Business Unit Manager, en nu leid ik met veel passie ons kantoor. In deze binnendienstfunctie zorg je voor het volledige recruitmentproces van A tot Z. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten en het beheren van de instroom.
  • Het screenen van kandidaten en hen voorstellen voor onze openstaande vacatures. Nadien ga je ook prospecteren om nieuwe opdrachten binnen te halen en de klantenportefeuille te vergroten. Hiervoor krijg je alle tools aangereikt die je nodig hebt om dit in alle comfort te doen.
  • Sollicitatiegesprekken inplannen en opvolgen.
  • Bij het binnenkomen van nieuwe vacatures, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en neem je nota van alle informatie met betrekking tot deze vacature zodat je de klanten heel goed leert kennen en vice versa.
  • Het begeleiden van de opstart van nieuwe medewerkers bij onze klanten.
  • Evaluatiegesprekken inplannen bij bedrijven om de voortgang van plaatsingen te bespreken.
  • Snelheid en kwaliteit zijn voor essentieel in onze branche. We streven naar de beste match binnen de kortst mogelijke tijd. En dat doen we op een zo kwalitatief mogelijke manier.

Dat komen we heel graag te weten tijdens een persoonlijk gesprek, maar we denken dat je succesvol zult zijn in deze rol als je:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring hebt in de recruitmentsector (interim of werving & selectie).
  • Gedreven bent door resultaten en commercieel inzicht hebt om klanten te overtuigen en relaties op te bouwen.
  • Assertief en zelfstandig kunt werken, met een ondernemende en constructieve houding.
  • Graag deel uitmaakt van een hecht team en tegelijkertijd zelfstandig kunt presteren in je functie.
  • Je een passie hebt om jouw carrière als recruiter op lange termijn verder te zetten en hierin te groeien.
