Unser Target-Costing-Team unterstützt Entwicklungs- und Bestandsprojekte mit dem klaren Ziel, Kostentransparenz zu schaffen, Zielkosten zu erreichen und erfolgreiche Produkte in den Markt zu bringen.

Als Target Costing Analyst - Loader Cranes (w/m/d) begleitest du mehrere Entwicklungs- bzw. Cost Down Projekte end-to-end. Du analysierst Kostenstrukturen, identifizierst Kostentreiber und entwickelst gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams konkrete Cost-Down-Maßnahmen. Neben der operativen Projektarbeit wirkst du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Methoden und Prozessen im Target Costing mit, um Effizienz, Vergleichbarkeit und Wirkung unseres Beitrags kontinuierlich zu steigern.

Der Schwerpunkt der Rolle liegt klar auf der Kostenanalyse und dem Verständnis, wie Kosten entstehen - Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit sind Mittel zum Zweck, um wirksame Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. 1 Target Cost Analyst - Loader Cranes (w/m/d) WAS DICH ERWARTET

* Analyse von Kostenstrukturen und Identifikation von Kostentreibern über mehrere Produktlinien hinweg

* Begleitung von Entwicklungs- und Industrieprojekten als Cost-Challenger und Sparringspartner

* Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Cost-Down-Potenziale zur Erreichung von Zielkosten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität und Produktmanagement

* Erstellung von Kostenanalysen und Reports sowie Weiterentwicklung von Target-Costing-Standards und Methoden

WAS DU MITBRINGST

* Abgeschlossene technische oder technisch-wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU), z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen

* Starkes Verständnis für Kostenstrukturen, Kalkulationslogiken und datenbasierte Analysen bzw. mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen

* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Einkauf oder Produktion

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Excel oder Power BI
