Wenn du geschickt, zuverlässig und körperlich fit bist, um bei der Herstellung unserer

hochwertigen Betonbauteile mitzuwirken, bist du genau richtig bei uns.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

* Einlege- und Entnahmetätigkeiten an Maschinen anhand festgelegter Arbeitsanweisungen

für die Fertigung von komplexen Betonbauteilen

* Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen und Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses zur

Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards

* Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen, Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen

* Eigenständige Qualitätssicherung der produzierten Produkte

* Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften während des Produktionsprozesses

* Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung zum Schichtleiter

Womit du uns begeistern kannst:

* Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit

* Handwerkliches Geschick und körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Bereitschaft für die Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb und bei Bedarf Überstundenbereitschaft

* Führerschein B und eigenes Fahrzeug für auswärtige BewerberInnen erforderlich

* Deutsch-Kenntnisse wünschenswert

* Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

* Eine mengen- bzw. qualitätsabhängige Leistungsprämie

* Fahrtkostenzuschuss für Mitarbeiter/Innen, deren Wohnort >40km vom Arbeitsort entfernt ist
