Ihre Aufgabe:

Mitarbeit und in weiterer Folge Verantwortlichkeit in diversen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmensprozessen und ¿systemen von der Konzeptionierung, über die Planung bis zur Umsetzung

Definition von Anforderungen, Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen sowie mit der deutschen Muttergesellschaft

Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe sowie Steuerung von Optimierungsprozessen

Erstellung von Ablaufbeschreibungen und Handouts zu neuen Prozessen und Anforderungen

Mitarbeit bei Systemtests

Organisation und Durchführung von Mitarbeitertrainings

Ansprechpartner für die Märkte im Hinblick auf deren ablauforganisatorische Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Uni/FH), Berufserfahrung im Handel von Vorteil

Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe sowie für Prozess- und Projektmanagement

Organisationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sich in systemgesteuerte Prozesse und logistische Abläufe hineinzuversetzen

Ausgeprägte MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie allgemeine IT-Affinität; SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, zusätzliche Ungarisch-Kenntnisse wären ein Pluspunkt

Analytische, lösungsorientierte und vernetzte Denkweise

Kommunikationsstärke, ein sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der Teamarbeit
