Tax Manager Bedrijf Dit is jouw functie Je staat niet alleen aan de wieg van een fiscaal advies, maar vervult ook een belangrijke rol bij de implementatie en het onderhoud ervan. Het uitdagende van het werken in ons team is de mogelijkheid om je direct te onderscheiden en een eigen invloed te hebben. Je beschikt als (Senior) Tax Manager over een relevante fiscale achtergrond en je bent vertrouwd met de fiscale dienstverlening. Je zit vaak met de ondernemer zelf (DGA) aan tafel. Het begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van onze medewerkers zal ook een belangrijk onderdeel van je takenpakket zijn. Door jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten stuur jij opdrachten aan, bewaak je de relatie met de cliënt en bouw je deze relatie uit. Als (Senior) Tax Manager herken je jezelf in het profiel: - Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring; - Afgeronde studie fiscaal recht of fiscale economie en de driejarige opleiding van de Nederlandse Orde van (NOB) met succes gevolgd; - Werkervaring in de generale praktijk is een pre; - Ambitieus en gedreven in je persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling; - Klantgericht, stressbestendig en je ziet in problemen de uitdaging om de juiste oplossing te vinden; - Onafhankelijk en beschikkend over een 'rechte rug'; - Je herkent jezelf in onze waarde: wij plaatsen kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en daarnaast ben je maatschappelijk betrokken.
