Je komt terecht in een internationale groep die blijft investeren in verdere professionalisering. De finance afdeling ondersteunt een twintigtal juridische entiteiten, zowel in België als internationaal. Binnen het compacte finance team is er vandaag nog geen volwaardige interne fiscale expertise aanwezig. Voor het fiscale luik van de vennootschapsbelasting wordt momenteel samengewerkt met een externe partner. Ook voor bijkomende controles van de jaarrekeningen wordt externe expertise ingeschakeld. Met jouw komst wil de organisatie de fiscale kennis verder intern verankeren. Je wordt een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor fiscaliteit en krijgt de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een structurele fiscale werking binnen de groep. Je neemt dus niet zomaar bestaande taken over, maar creëert ook een duidelijke meerwaarde voor de organisatie door expertise die vandaag extern wordt ingehuurd, intern beschikbaar te maken.

Tax Specialist / Fiscalist – Vennootschapsbelasting

Heb jij een sterke kennis van fiscaliteit en vennootschapsbelasting en wil je jouw expertise inzetten binnen een internationale bedrijfsomgeving? Zoek je een functie waarin je niet enkel uitvoert, maar ook inhoudelijk mee aan het stuur zit van de fiscale werking?

Voor een internationale groep in Lokeren zoeken we een Tax Specialist / Fiscalist die de organisatie op fiscaal vlak verder kan versterken.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opvolging van de fiscale werking van de Belgische juridische entiteiten.
  • Voorbereiding en opvolging van aangiften vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Analyse van fiscale vraagstukken en identificeren van mogelijke risico's en aandachtspunten.
  • Controle van de fiscale verwerking binnen de financiële rapportering.
  • Meewerken aan de controle van jaarrekeningen vanuit fiscaal perspectief
  • Opvolgen van fiscale dossiers en deadlines.
  • Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Samenwerken met externe fiscale partners voor gespecialiseerde dossiers.
  • Opvolgen van relevante wijzigingen binnen de fiscale wetgeving.
  • Meedenken over de verdere optimalisatie van de fiscale processen.
  • Uitbouwen van de interne fiscale expertise binnen de organisatie.
  • Een relevante achtergrond binnen fiscaliteit, accountancy, audit of finance.
  • Ervaring met vennootschapsbelasting en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Een goede basiskennis van accounting en financiële rapportering.
  • Analytisch en nauwkeurig.
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk.
  • Bereid om fiscale expertise intern verder uit te bouwen.
  • Kritisch en constructief in het beoordelen van dossiers.
  • Communicatief en diplomatisch.
  • Bereid om initiatief te nemen en zaken zelf in handen te nemen.
