1 Team Lead IT Infrastructure Management (all genders) Unternehmensbeschreibung Die BGO Holding GmbH ist eine internationale Unternehmensgruppe bestehend aus den drei Büromöbelherstellern Bene, hali und Neudoerfler und der BGO Montage & Logistik GmbH mit österreichischen Wurzeln. Rund 1.300 Mitarbeiter:innen arbeiten an drei hochmodernen Produktionsstandorten in Österreich. Wir arbeiten proaktiv an der Arbeitswelt von morgen.

Stellenbeschreibung Für die Leitung unseres Teams IT Infrastructure Management suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die operative Verlässlichkeit mit technologischer Weiterentwicklung und klarer Führung verbindet.

DEINE MISSION:

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams IT Infrastructure Management * Gesamtverantwortung für einen stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der gruppenweiten IT-Infrastruktur * Steuerung der drei Kompetenzfelder: * Modern Workplace: Endgeräte, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Security, Softwareverteilung und IT-Onboarding * Datacenter & Cloud: Server, Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup & Recovery, Datenbanken und Monitoring * Network & Communication: LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewalls, VPN und Kommunikationsservices * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer gruppenweiten Infrastruktur-Roadmap inklusive Standardisierung * Verantwortung für Infrastrukturprojekte von Konzeption und Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfung bis Umsetzung * Weiterentwicklung moderner Microsoft-, Cloud- und hybrider Infrastruktur-Lösungen * Sicherstellung effizienter Betriebs-, Wartungs-, Incident- und Eskalationsprozesse * Steuerung externer Partner inklusive Budget, Verträgen und Servicequalität * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT Security, Enterprise Architecture und Fachbereichen * Mitwirkung bei Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery und Krisenmanagement

Qualifikationen Dafür bringst du folgendes mit:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT, etwa HTL, FH, Universität oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Infrastrukturmanagement, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensgruppe oder einer verteilten Standortorganisation * Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinären Führung technischer Teams * Fundierte Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: ** Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune und Autopilot ** Windows Server und Active Directory ** Azure sowie hybride Cloud-Architekturen ** Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup und Recovery ** LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewalls und VPN ** Monitoring, ITSM und Service Management * Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Infrastruktur-, Konsolidierungs- oder Migrationsprojekte * Sehr gutes Verständnis für IT-Security, Verfügbarkeit, Lifecycle Management und Business Continuity * Fähigkeit, technische Optionen strukturiert zu bewerten und daraus wirtschaftlich fundierte Entscheidungen abzuleiten * Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Umsetzungsstärke * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse * Reisebereitschaft zwischen unseren österreichischen Standorten
