#youareknapp * Du bringst eine fundierte technische Ausbildung (TU, FH oder HTL) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung mit. * Du verfügst über 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler:in und hast schon praktische Erfahrung in der Teamleitung. * Du hast ein technisches Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung, Architektur und Best Practices - und verstehst technische Entscheidungen des Produktmanagements und deinem Team. * Du hast ein hohes Verständnis für moderne Führung und kannst Ziele klar kommunizieren, ohne dabei mit Mikromanagement zu erdrücken. * Du bringst ein hohes Einfühlungsvermögen mit, kannst die Stärken und Entwicklungspotentiale deiner Mitarbeitenden erkennen und gezielt fördern. * Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch und kommunizierst klar, transparent und konstruktiv - auch in schwierigen Gesprächen. * Integrität, Authentizität und eine hohe soziale Intelligenz sind natürliche Merkmale deines Führungsverständnisses. * Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Qualitätssicherung, setzt Standards durch Vorbildwirkung und schaffst eine Kultur der Zuverlässigkeit.
