Voor onze bruisende sorteer-, was-, afwerking- of expeditiezone zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Leidinggevende die meewerkt en de kar trekt.

Wat ga je zoal doen? ??

  • Samen aan de slag: Je werkt zelf lekker mee en zorgt ervoor dat de dag- en routeplanning op rolletjes loopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde!
  • Kwaliteitsheld: Je bewaakt de service- en kwaliteitsnormen (van het sorteren tot het stijf- of plooien en inpakken). Jij ziet meteen of alles er tiptop in orde bij ligt.
  • Sfeermaker: Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor je groep. Je motiveert je collega's, begeleidt nieuwestjes en zorgt voor een top sfeer op de vloer.
  • Schakel in het proces: Je houdt het overzicht, zorgt dat werkposten goed gevuld blijven, springt bij waar nodig en schakelt vlot met de zoneverantwoordelijke.
