The posting

En tant que Team Supervisor, vous êtes un acteur clé de la performance quotidienne sur le terrain. Rattaché directement au Production Manager, vous supervisez une équipe composée de Team Leaders Process et Packaging, qui encadrent à leur tour les opérateurs de production. Vos tâches:

  • Encadrez les Team Leaders et animez les équipes terrain: --> Vous êtes présent sur le terrain et jouez un rôle de coach de proximité. --> Vous accompagnez, motivez et développez les Team Leaders, en les responsabilisant sur la gestion de leurs équipes. --> Vous participez activement à l'accueil, l'intégration et la montée en compétence des nouveaux collaborateurs. --> Vous veillez à un climat de travail positif, respectueux et mobilisant.
  • Pilotez les activités de production: --> Vous suivez et analysez les indicateurs de performances: productivité, efficacité, taux de rebut, arrêt machines, sécurité... --> Vous planifiez les priorités en fonction des objectifs de production, et vous intervenez rapidement en cas d'écarts. --> Vous assurez une gestion rigoureuse de la documentation et des rapports de production.
  • Travaillez en transversal avec les autres services: --> Vous êtes l'interface terraine entre la production et les services supports: maintenance, qualité, logistique, RH. --> Vous facilitez la communication ascendante et descendante, et contribuez à la bonne coordination entre les départements.
  • Contribuez à l'amérlioration continue: --> Vous êtes un ambassadeur actif de notre culture d'amélioration continue: LEAN, 5S, TPM, Kaizen... --> Vous identifiez les pistes d'optimisation, et vous impliquez vos équipes dans la mise en oeuvre de solutions concrètes.
  • Une expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe en milieu industriel, idéalement agroalimentaire.
  • Une vraie capacité à coacher, structurer et motiver.
  • Disponible pour un horaire fixe ou alterné (matin/après-midi, nuit ou week-end).
