Als teamcoördinator in Hilversum ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een commercieel team. Je werkt actief met je team mee, begeleidt medewerkers op de werkvloer en helpt hen om hun verkoopvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Door zelf het goede voorbeeld te geven, zorg je voor een duidelijke en doelgerichte werkwijze. Je houdt de prestaties van het team nauwlettend in de gaten en bespreekt resultaten en verbeterpunten met medewerkers. Tijdens coachings- en evaluatiegesprekken geef je gerichte feedback en maak je afspraken over verdere ontwikkeling. Ook speel je een actieve rol in het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen en de groei van de vestiging. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het commerciële team; - Je coacht en traint medewerkers tijdens hun werkzaamheden; - Je werkt regelmatig mee op de werkvloer en ondersteunt het team in de praktijk; - Je volgt verkoopresultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je voert coachings- en evaluatiegesprekken met teamleden; - Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de vestiging in Hilversum. Werktijden Je werkt fulltime, vijf dagen per week vanuit de vestiging in Hilversum. Ook op zaterdag ben je beschikbaar om je team aan te sturen en te ondersteunen. De werktijden vallen tussen 09:00 en 18:00 uur.
