Voor onze volwassenenwerking zijn we op zoek naar een:

Teamcoördinator Het Roerhuis

Contract onbepaalde duur, 80% - 100% (bespreekbaar)

Indiensttreding: zo spoedig mogelijk

Wat houdt de functie in?

Je stuurt de dagelijkse werking aan binnen 3 teams van Het Roerhuis en zorgt, in nauwe samenwerking met de teamleden, voor een vlotte en efficiënte dienstverlening. Hoewel je geen begeleidingsshiften opneemt, ben je zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Je begeleidt, stuurt en coacht de teams en medewerkers in hun opdracht, vertrekkende vanuit de visie op het dienend leidinggeven:

  • De manager: kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening realiseren, o.a. doelstellingen formuleren, evalueren en bijsturen, knopen doorhakken waar nodig, creëren van een duidelijk en veilig werkkader, bieden van de nodige ondersteuning en sturing aan de medewerkers
  • De leider: handelen vanuit een ambitieuze, gedeelde en gedragen visie, bewaken van de rollen van het team en de teamleden, creëren van voorwaarden voor samenwerking en teamprestaties, voorbeeldfunctie opnemen
  • De coach: stimuleren en begeleiden van de deskundigheidsbevordering, rollen toekennen op basis van competenties en talenten, stimuleren van een leer- en feedbackcultuur

Je werkt nauw samen met jouw verantwoordelijke en jouw collega-teamcoördinator die de andere werkingen in Het Roerhuis aanstuurt

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma graduaat of bachelor orthopedagogie of een gelijkwaardig diploma met menswetenschappelijke achtergrond
  • Je beschikt over minimum 2 jaar ervaring als opvoeder
  • Ervaring met de doelgroep van personen met (het vermoeden van) een beperking is een must
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een pluspunt
