Hoe jouw dag als Teamcoach Accountancy eruit ziet:

  • Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille Als vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten geef je advies, denk je mee met ondernemers en begeleid je hen bij belangrijke financiële en fiscale vraagstukken. Dankzij jouw expertise help je klanten groeien en bouw je duurzame klantenrelaties uit.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt jouw team Van evaluatie- en opvolggesprekken tot dagelijkse begeleiding en feedbackmomenten: collega's kunnen op jou rekenen om hun talenten verder te ontwikkelen en het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Je creëert een sterk en betrokken team Een positieve teamdynamiek, open communicatie en kennisdeling staan daarbij centraal. Als eerste aanspreekpunt zorg je mee voor verbinding en samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit en resultaten Je ondersteunt het behalen van teamdoelstellingen en bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Daarbij verlies je het welzijn en de betrokkenheid van jouw collega's nooit uit het oog.
  • Je bouwt mee aan de toekomst van het kantoor Je denkt mee over de verdere uitbouw van het team, bewaakt een gezonde teambezetting en neemt deel aan selectiegesprekken. Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming tussen het kantoor en jouw team.
