Hoe jouw dag als Teamcoach Data & AI eruit ziet:

Als Teamcoach Data & AI ben je een sleutelfiguur in het verder uitbouwen van datagedreven werken binnen Titeca. Je stuurt het data- en AI-team aan en zorgt dat het team kwalitatief, efficiënt en in lijn met de businessprioriteiten werkt. Je brengt structuur, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat prioriteiten vertaald worden naar concrete resultaten

  • Aansturen én coachen van het team Je begeleidt data engineers, analisten en AI consultants in hun dagelijkse werking en ontwikkeling Je stimuleert eigenaarschap, samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het team Je zorgt voor duidelijke verwachtingen en een goed afgestemde werking
  • Structuur én organisatie Je bewaakt de roadmap, prioriteiten en capaciteit van het team en maakt keuzes op basis van business impact, strategische waarde en haalbaarheid. Je vertaalt businessnoden naar concrete opdrachten en zorgt voor een haalbare planning Je volgt de voortgang op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Inhoud én kwaliteit Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang en toegevoegde waarde van data- en AI-oplossingen Je denkt inhoudelijk mee en ondersteunt het team bij complexere vraagstukken Je stimuleert een cultuur van datakwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat data-, rapporterings- en AI-oplossingen betrouwbaar, veilig en bruikbaar zijn voor de organisatie.
  • Samenwerking én afstemming Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit development, workplace en applications om oplossingen goed op elkaar te laten aansluiten Je vormt de brug tussen het data- en AI-team en de business Je stemt prioriteiten en afhankelijkheden af met andere IT-domeinen en bewaakt de samenhang tussen data, AI, applicaties en integraties. Je denkt mee na over de opbouw van het team en ondersteunt bij aanwerving en onboarding van nieuwe collega’s
  • Adoptie én vooruitgang Je stimuleert datagedreven werken, self‑service BI en het gebruik van AI binnen de organisatie Je werkt samen met L&D rond opleiding en kennisdeling Je helpt mee richting geven aan data en AI binnen Titeca en adviseert stakeholders over de inzet en meerwaarde ervan. Je helpt mee de kaders rond data governance, AI-governance en verantwoord gebruik van data en AI verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw én – én profiel

  • Ervaring én goesting Je hebt ervaring in een data-, analytics- of AI-context en voelt je comfortabel in een rol waar je ook een team begeleidt en aanstuurt.
  • Kennis én technologie Je hebt een sterke inhoudelijke kennis van data, analytics en AI, met duidelijke focus op de Microsoft-stack. Je bent vertrouwd met oplossingen zoals Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services en Copilot/AI-functionaliteiten, en je kan inschatten hoe deze technologieën betrouwbaar, veilig en schaalbaar ingezet worden binnen een organisatie
  • Leiderschap én communicatie Je communiceert duidelijk, brengt structuur en kan een team motiveren en richting geven. Je maakt verwachtingen helder en volgt die ook op.
  • Analyse én overzicht Je denkt analytisch en behoudt overzicht over prioriteiten, afhankelijkheden en voortgang.
  • Samenwerking én verantwoordelijkheid Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je team en werkt nauw samen met andere IT-domeinen. Je draagt actief bij aan hoe data en AI verder groeien binnen Titeca.
