Azuro rekruteert momenteel een Teamcoach Retail Life Insurance.

In deze rol neem je de leiding over een team van dossierbeheerders die actief zijn binnen individuele levensverzekeringen (Retail Life). Je combineert people management met operationele opvolging en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening.

Als Teamcoach stuur je een team van een 15-tal dossierbeheerders aan die instaan voor het beheer van Retail Life verzekeringsdossiers.

Het tweetalig team (NL/FR) behandelt dossiers van A tot Z: van acceptatie en polisopmaak tot wijzigingen en uitkeringen.

Meer concreet omvat je functie de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bewaakt de correcte en efficiënte uitvoering van processen binnen levensverzekeringen (acceptatie en polisbeheer).
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat deadlines, kwaliteitsnormen en compliance-vereisten strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten tot procesoptimalisatie met focus op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en klantentevredenheid.
  • Je ondersteunt je team met jouw inhoudelijke expertise in individuele levensverzekeringen.
  • Je adviseert dossierbeheerders bij complexere cases en uitzonderingen.
  • Je stemt af met interne stakeholders zoals Product Management, Risk, Actuariaat, Legal en Compliance.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere communicatie en rapportering naar interne diensten en management.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt je teamleden in hun dagelijkse werking en professionele groei.
  • Je stimuleert een positieve teamdynamiek en betrokkenheid.
  • Je organiseert en leidt teammeetings en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en processen.
  • Je volgt prestaties op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
