Jouw functie als Teamlead Accountancy Als Teamlead Accountancy coördineer je dagelijks een team van 3 tot 5 advisors. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de dossiers, plant het werk van je team en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines gehaald worden. Daarnaast beheer je zelf een aantal eigen dossiers, zowel voor eenmanszaken als vennootschappen, en voer je klantgesprekken om advies te verlenen waar nodig.

Je speelt een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling van je team: je coacht en begeleidt collega’s zodat ze kunnen groeien naar de advisors van morgen. Zo draag je bij aan een professionele en betrokken werkomgeving waarin expertise en samenwerking centraal staan. Geweldig toch als je zo'n invloed kan hebben?

  • Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden: je bent een geboren teamleader die structuur brengt en gemakkelijk communiceert.
  • Organisatie en oog voor detail: verantwoordelijk, gestructureerd en een krak in plannen en coördineren.
  • Sociaal en commercieel ingesteld: je kan vlot omgaan met mensen en klanten en combineert dit met een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring en opleiding: je hebt 5-8 jaar ervaring in de accountancy/boekhoudsector, een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy en bij voorkeur een ITAA-titel.
  • Flexibel en leergierig: stressbestendig, past je vlot aan veranderingen aan en staat open voor continue ontwikkeling en een leidinggevende rol.
