Job Description

* KPIs sind dein ständiger Begleiter - definiere und überwache diese zusammen mit dem Abteilungsleiter und setze Maßnahmen, um die Ziele zu erreichen.

* Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, identifizierst Potenziale zur Prozessoptimierung und treibst die Einführung sowie Umsetzung KI-gestützter Lösungen voran.

* Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und auch die Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Händlern sowie den operativen Abteilungen

* Telefonate, E-Mails - alles rund um das Beschwerde- und Reklamationsmanagement fordern deine Problemlösungskompetenz täglich heraus. Mithilfe unseres Ticketsystems wollen wir ein ausgezeichnetes Kundenservice gewährleisten.

* Das Arbeiten mit dem CRM System gehört ebenso wie die Datenpflege und das regelmäßige Reporting - direkt an den Head of Operations - gehören zu deinem Arbeitsalltag.

Qualifications

* Du hast einen wirtschaftlichen Background und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung sammeln können

* Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-gestützten Tools und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an deren Einsatz zur Effizienzsteigerung mit.

* Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und eine proaktive Herangehensweise zeichnen dich aus

* Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten sowie routiniertes Arbeiten mit XLS (idealerweise Vorerfahrung hinsichtlich Google Sheets)

* Deine Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau
