De organisatie is een informeel familiebedrijf en kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen en een platte hiërarchie structuur. Functie omschrijving Als Teamlead Finance ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, analyseren en optimaliseren van de financiële processen binnen de organisatie. Op termijn verzorg je de volledige maandafsluiting, samen met de Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de jaarrekening, en ondersteunt de administratieve medewerkers door vragen te beantwoorden met betrekking tot het grootboek. De ideale kandidaat heeft een stevige boekhoudkundige basis, neemt initiatief en gaat proactief op zoek naar informatie binnen de organisatie indien nodig. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen en analyseren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarcijfers - Verzorgen van financiële rapportages en managementinformatie - Optimaliseren van financiële processen en interne controles - Voorbereiden van jaarrekeningen en ondersteunen bij audits - Signaleren van financiële risico's en kansen - Aansturen of samenwerken met de financiële administratie Dit breng je mee - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een financiële richting (bijv.
