Voor een sterke en vooruitstrevende organisatie zoeken wij een Teamlead Logistiek die het volledige beheer van goederenstromen, voorraad en planning in goede banen leidt én tegelijk een klein team magazijnmedewerkers aanstuurt.

Als teamcoach logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en correct verlopen van materialen, transport en administratie. Jij bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles efficiënt en gestructureerd verloopt.

  • Wat ga je concreet doen?
  • Werken volgens het kwaliteitssysteem ISO 9001
  • SPOC zijn voor de opdrachtgever
  • Ontvangst en controle van goederen (aantallen en kwaliteit)
  • Picking van grabbelmaterialen en spoedbestellingen
  • Rapporteren van anomalieën en verbruiken
  • Coördineren met logistieke dienstverleners voor herbevoorrading, spoedpicking en projecten
  • Planning opvolgen, contact opnemen met de opdrachtgever en overkoepelende problemen melden
  • Stockbeheer en opmaken van benodigdhedenlijsten
  • Regelen van transport voor projecten, retouren en klachten
  • Structuur aanbrengen in de stockageruimte
  • Opstart van techniekers (uitleg, tablet, materialen, …)
  • Beheer van de webshop
  • Toezicht op onderhoud van de werkplaats
  • Dagelijkse aansturing, taakverdeling en kwaliteitsbewaking van het magazijnteam
  • Rapporteren aan de Installation Manage
  • Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn niet alleen draait, maar optimaal presteert.
  • Je werkt analytisch en gestructureerd
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt proactief verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe partijen
  • Je kan goed overweg met Excel en digitale systemen
  • Leidinggeven zit in je natuur en je haalt energie uit het coachen van een klein team
  • Ervaring in logistiek is een sterke plus
  • Een heftruckattest is een meerwaarde
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een troef
