Als Teamlead Quality Control in Waregem (dagploeg) stuur je het QC-team aan en verbeter je kwaliteitsprocessen met ISO-normen, CAPA en GHS als belangrijke basis voor je dagelijkse werk.

  • Je stuurt het QC-team aan, motiveert je collega’s en zorgt voor een goede taakverdeling en bezetting.
  • Je beheert en verbetert de kwaliteitssystemen en zorgt dat kwaliteitsprocessen correct worden toegepast en geregistreerd volgens ISO-normen.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsanalyses uit het labo op en maakt bij niet-conforme resultaten duidelijke actieplannen voor Operations.
  • Je onderzoekt interne en externe klachten en zet samen met Operations en R&D corrigerende en preventieve acties op volgens de CAPA-methodiek.
  • Je beheert certificaten en kwaliteitsdocumentatie en zorgt dat Declaration of Performance-documenten (DoP) correct en actueel zijn.
  • Je plant en begeleidt interne en externe kwaliteitsaudits en volgt de nodige verbeteracties op.
  • Je houdt productformules actueel in het ERP-systeem en verwerkt formulewijzigingen bij veranderingen in de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen.
  • Je werkt samen met R&D, Operations en HSE aan continue verbetering van het labo en de productieprocessen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Director en vertaalt kwaliteitsdata naar concrete verbeteringen op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Chemie, Biochemie, Milieu of een andere wetenschappelijke richting, of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Quality Control (QC) en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen binnen een productiebedrijf of industriële omgeving.
  • Je kent kwaliteitsprocessen en analysetechnieken binnen een labo-omgeving en werkt vlot met kwaliteitsdata.
  • Je hebt kennis van chemische producten en GHS-regelgeving rond opslag, etikettering en gevaarsymbolen, of je bent gemotiveerd om deze kennis snel op te bouwen.
  • Je bent een betrokken teamleader die duidelijk communiceert, initiatief neemt en collega’s motiveert om kwaliteit elke dag toe te passen.
  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht en vertaalt problemen naar haalbare verbeteringen op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, spreekt goed Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van Engels en Frans.
