Je combineert de implementatie en borging van een nieuw risicoanalyseproces met tijdelijke operationele en inhoudelijke aansturing van het team. Wat ga je doen - Leidinggeven: begeleiden van medewerkers, individuele sturing, teambuilding en bewaken van voortgang. - Implementatie en borging: realiseren, borgen en verder doorontwikkelen van een nieuw risicoanalyseproces en bijbehorende werkwijze binnen Asset Management. - Prioriteren en besluitvorming: stellen van prioriteiten, organiseren van besluitvorming en tijdig escaleren (rode vlaggen) waar nodig. - Operationele ondersteuning: tijdelijke aansturing van het team gericht op voortgang, planning en het behandelen van ad-hoc hoge-prioriteitvragen. - Samenwerking en stakeholdermanagement: afstemmen met betrokken stakeholders en het MT over voorstellen en prioriteiten. Werkomvang & focus - Ca. 70% focus op implementatie, borging en doorontwikkeling van de nieuwe methodiek. - Maximaal 30% inzet op tijdelijke operationele en inhoudelijke aansturing van het team ter ondersteuning van de implementatieopgave. Verantwoordelijkheden van het team - Ontwikkelen, beheren en verbeteren van assetrisico's en de methodieken om deze inzichtelijk te maken. - Bijdragen aan het Strategisch Investeringsplan via risicoanalyses en onderbouwing van investeringskeuzes. - Onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van risicomodellen, dashboards en rekenregels voor beoordeling van risico's en prestaties van netcomponenten. - Uitvoeren van clusterwaarderingen en technische risicoanalyses voor verschillende netvlakken en assets. - Implementeren en vertalen van een nieuwe risicomatrix naar processen, modellen en dashboards; leveren van actuele risico-informatie en a...
