Wat ga je doen? Als Teamlead Ondernemingen neem je een centrale rol op binnen het B2B-verzekeringsteam:

  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt het team in de dagelijkse werking en professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je optimaliseert en structureert interne processen voor een efficiëntere dienstverlening.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van dossiers en ondersteunt bij complexe BOAR-dossiers voor KMO-klanten.
  • Je fungeert als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor klanten en accountmanagers.
  • Je helpt de organisatiecapaciteit versterken zodat commerciële collega’s zich maximaal kunnen focussen op klantrelaties en groei.
  • Je denkt actief mee over rekrutering, onboarding en verdere professionalisering van het team.

Jouw ervaring en kennis

  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen B2B-verzekeringen (BOAR).
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol of de ambitie om een eerste stap richting people management te zetten.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur binnen verzekeringen, economie of management.
  • Commercieel inzicht en ervaring in een klantgerichte omgeving.
  • Professionele kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
