Bij Guidion ben jij als Meewerkend Teamlead dé persoon die dat op de werkvloer regelt voor onze werving. Terwijl onze monteurs jaarlijks 1 miljoen mensen blij maken met onze service, zorg jij met jouw leiderschap, actieve betrokkenheid en positieve energie dat ons netwerk van zelfstandige professionals continu groeit en staat als een huis. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar je start de ochtend sowieso met het team. Tijdens de dagstart kijken jullie naar de doelen: hoeveel monteurs hebben we gesproken en waar lopen we vast? Jij bent dicht bij het vuur, helpt je teamleden direct op weg met handige tips, coacht hen op hun vaardigheden en zorgt voor een positieve, relaxte sfeer op de afdeling. Het team regelt het hele traject van het eerste contact met een monteur tot de administratie en de tariefafspraken. Omdat jij als meewerkend lead midden in de dagelijkse operatie staat, kun je direct bijspringen waar nodig. Loopt een recruiter vast bij een lastige tariefonderhandeling? Dan schuif jij even aan om de knoop door te hakken. Daarnaast houd je een oogje in het zeil of alle contracten en certificaten van de monteurs netjes in orde zijn. Je bent de onmisbare schakel tussen jouw team en de rest van Guidion en je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze processen nóg slimmer kunnen inrichten. Wat ga je doen? - Coachen en meewerken met je team door zelf actief mee te draaien op de vloer, je 5 collega's te begeleiden in hun dagelijkse werk en hen te helpen groeien in hun rol; - Behalen van de targets door zelf ook de telefoon te pakken voor de werving, de instroom van nieuwe monteurs scherp in de gaten te houden en bij te sturen waar nodi...
