Functieomschrijving

Als Ploegleider stuur je een team van 5 tot 10 productiemedewerkers aan, zoals machinebedieners en heftruckchauffeurs. Je rol omvat drie kerngebieden:

1. Safety & Quality

  • Ambassadeur van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures
  • Zorgen dat richtlijnen gekend en nageleefd worden
  • Problemen signaleren en oplossen door de juiste persoon aan te spreken

2. People Management

  • Toolbox meetings verzorgen en info delen met je team
  • Nieuwe medewerkers begeleiden in hun opleidingstraject
  • Dagelijks coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen
  • Functioneringsgesprekken uitvoeren en personeelsbezetting bewaken

3. Productie

  • Inzicht in het volledige productieproces
  • Storingen analyseren en interventies coördineren met technische dienst

PROFIEL

  • Je bent een people manager die vlot aanspreekbaar is voor medewerkers.
  • Idealiter heb je al ervaring met het aansturen van een team.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, denkt logisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van Office-toepassingen.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2- of 5-ploegenstelsel.
