Voor een professionele en mensgerichte onderneming in de regio Meulebeke zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader 2-ploegen op freelance basis. In deze rol stuur je het team aan, optimaliseer je operationele processen en waarborg je de veiligheid en continuïteit binnen de afdeling.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Teamaansturing & Ontwikkeling: Je stelt de competenties, vaardigheden en knowhow van het team centraal. Je coacht en motiveert de teamleden om samen als een goed geoliede afdeling te presteren.
  • Procesverbetering: Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van werkprocedures, rendement en efficiëntie om de kwaliteit van de output continu te verhogen.
  • Communicatie & Overdracht: Je verzorgt een vlekkeloze communicatie tussen jouw shift, de overige shifts en aanpalende productieafdelingen. Je behartigt de belangen en noden van jouw team.
  • Veiligheid & Milieu: Je ziet toe op een strikte naleving van het veiligheids- en milieubeleid binnen jouw werkdomein en borgt een veilige, correcte en duurzame werkomgeving.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Mentaliteit & Inzicht: Positieve werkhouding, sterk technisch inzicht en een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Ervaring: Kennis van thermoforming, thermocompressie of soortgelijke productieprocessen is een sterke plus. Ervaring met SAP is een voordeel.
  • Talen: Goede basiskennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Competenties: Zelfstandig, initiatiefrijk en communicatief sterk. Je weet een positieve werksfeer neer te zetten en leidt de shift met daadkracht.
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken op de locatie in regio Meulebeke.
