Zin om het aanspreekpunt en de drijvende kracht te worden van onze productieomgeving? Voor een ambitieuze, groeiende speler in de regio Beernem zijn we op zoek naar een energiek en doelgericht leiderstype. In deze functie sta je met je voeten op de werkvloer, stuur je een team van ongeveer 30 operators aan en til je de operationele prestaties naar een hoger niveau.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Coachen & Motiveren: Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de vloer om je team van circa 30 medewerkers aan te sturen, te begeleiden en hun talenten optimaal te benutten.
  • Productieopvolging: Je bewaakt de productplanning en zorgt dat de targets op het vlak van rendement, output en oplevertijden behalen.
  • QESH-Borging: Veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde op de werkplek staan bij jou op één. Je ziet toe op de naleving van de normen en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Procesverbetering: Je analyseert de dagelijkse gang van zaken, signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over het slimmer en efficiënter inrichten van de productielijnen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een relevante leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving (kennis van proces- of voedingsindustrie is een troef).
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, besluitvaardig en weet cijfers/KPI's om te zetten in concrete acties op de vloer.
  • Flexibiliteit is voor jou geen probleem: je werkt in een wisselend 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege ploeg 06:00 - 14:00 uur / late ploeg 14:00 - 22:00 uur).
