Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en bent vertrouwd met het behalen en bewaken van KPI’s en doelstellingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met onder andere coachingsgesprekken, gesprekken rond afwezigheden en moeilijke of corrigerende gesprekken.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische feeling, opgebouwd vanuit eerdere werkervaring, een opleiding of een sterke persoonlijke interesse in techniek.
  • Ook wanneer het druk wordt, weet je prioriteiten te stellen en het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je denkt vooruit en zoekt actief naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en maakt je nieuwe softwareprogramma’s snel eigen.
  • Werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel past voor jou

Functieomschrijving

In deze functie neem je de dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van jouw team op jou.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot verlopen en houdt daarbij zowel de medewerkers als de resultaten goed in het oog.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bewaakt de vooropgestelde KPI’s en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je volgt afwezigheden, verlof en ziekte binnen jouw team op en zorgt voor een correcte personeelsbezetting.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met collega-teamleaders en de productieverantwoordelijke over onder andere ploegoverdrachten en mogelijke procesverbeteringen.
  • Je begeleidt jouw medewerkers actief en voert regelmatig welzijns-, evaluatie- en coachingsgesprekken.
  • Wanneer nodig spring je mee in op de werkvloer en ondersteun je het productieproces.

Je start de functie eerst als operator, zodat je de machines, productieprocessen, afdeling en interne werking grondig leert kennen.

Dankzij deze praktische inwerkperiode bouw je de nodige kennis op om vervolgens snel door te groeien naar jouw rol als teamleader.
