Wat ga je doen? Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over een multidisciplinair productieteam van maximaal een tiental medewerkers.

  • Je vertaalt de productiebehoeften naar een werkbare personeelsbezetting en stuurt de planning bij bij afwezigheden
  • Je bewaakt een correcte onboarding en opleiding van nieuwe teamleden
  • Operationele verstoringen analyseer je en je coördineert de nodige acties
  • Je verzorgt de noodzakelijke operationele administratie en communicatie via de beschikbare systemen

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag binnen een internationale industriële omgeving met duizenden medewerkers en verschillende sterke productmerken. De organisatie investeert nadrukkelijk in innovatie, duurzaamheid en opleiding.
