Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je draagt graag de verantwoordelijkheid over je taken en deze van je team;
  • Je werkt misschien in daguren maar bent flexibel indien er een deadline is.
  • Je bent bereid om in een flexibel arbeidsrooster en/of ploegdienst te werken;
  • Je beschikt over de nodige motivatie.
  • Je bent een meewerkend teamleider, als geboren people manager kan je verschillende teams operationeel aansturen en ondersteunen en dit zowel op technisch als operationeel vlak, om het gewenste resultaat te bereiken;
  • Je volgt deze resultaten op via KPI’s en kan aan de hand hiervan de werkprocessen verder optimaliseren;
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productieleider.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring binnen een leidinggevende functie binnen de assemblage en/ of poederlak of een sector waarin de technische aspecten aan bod komen.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond
  • Je weet van aanpakken met de nodige aanwezigheid op de werkvloer in combinatie met de aansturende rol
  • Je weet de mensen te motiveren en naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
