Teamleader Assemblage- Geel

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als teamleader sta je in voor het plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling, in overleg met de productiemanager.

Jouw taken:

• Leiding geven aan een team van een tiental medewerkers (samenstellers en lassers) • Documentatie rond kwaliteitsborging correct invullen en opvolgen • Instaan voor een nauwkeurige administratie van materialen en gereedschappen • Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer • Controleren of machines en materialen correct gebruikt worden en storingen of onderhoud tijdig doorgeven aan de technische dienst • Terugkoppelen naar de productiemanager over de voortgang en mogelijke verbeteringen

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding afgerond of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt praktijkervaring met metaalconstructies en basiskennis van lastechnieken.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen goed lezen en begrijpen.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol is een voordeel.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed en hebt een basiskennis Engels.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, communiceert vlot en kunt goed organiseren.
  • Je werkt veilig en bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Ervaring met het bedienen van rolbruggen is een bijkomend voordeel
