Onze klant is een internationale en stabiele speler in de regio Kasterlee, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige technische oplossingen voor industriële reiniging. Je komt terecht in een financieel gezond familiebedrijf met een open cultuur en een gezonde mix van jonge talenten en ervaren krachten van verschillende nationaliteiten.

In deze rol als Teamleader Commerciële Binnendienst stuur je de dagelijkse operatie aan en zorg je dat orders van klanten wereldwijd vlekkeloos en op tijd buiten gaan. Je bent de spilfiguur die scherp toeziet op de administratieve orderverwerking, inkomende offertes onderhandelt en processen continu stroomlijnt. Samen met je team en de managing director til je de dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau.

Functieomschrijving

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het team op de commerciële binnendienst (6 medewerkers) en in het magazijn (4 medewerkers).
  • Opvolgen van inkomende orders van A tot Z in nauwe samenwerking & coördinatie met de administratie en het magazijn.
  • Bekijken van inkomende offertes en het voeren van onderhandelingen met klanten.
  • Optimaliseren van interne processen en systemen om de werking nog efficiënter te maken.
  • Het snel en oplossingsgericht aanpakken van eventuele knelpunten in het logistieke of administratieve proces.

Profiel

  • Relevante ervaring binnen sales en ervaring om een team aan te sturen.
  • Een gezonde interesse in procesoptimalisatie.
  • Vertrouwd met ERP-systemen zoals Microsoft Dynamics 365 of SAP.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, organisatorisch onderlegd en houdt van een dynamische omgeving.
