Als Teamleider bij ons nieuw filiaal in Ternat krijg je de kans om écht impact te maken binnen een sterk familiebedrijf dat met 15 filialen de grootste franchisepartner is in België.

Jouw taken:

In deze rol zorg je voor een perfect gevulde en nette winkel, waarbij je samen met je team de beste winkelervaring neerzet voor onze klanten. Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Leidinggeven, coachen en motiveren van een team van zo’n 10-tal winkelmedewerkers.
  • Verwerken van de goederenstroom en organiseren van de verschillende taken.
  • Zelf meewerken op de werkvloer – je bent hands-on en niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Klanten verwelkomen met een glimlach en hen verder helpen bij vragen.
  • Zorgen voor een klantgerichte dynamiek in het team en een ‘happy workplace’ creëren.

Als Teamleider ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en de inspiratie voor je team. Samen maken jullie het verschil!

PROFIEL

Jij bent een enthousiaste leider die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zijn of haar team weet te motiveren. Verder:

  • Ben je fysiek in staat om de vele kilometers in de winkel moeiteloos af te leggen.
  • Weet je perfect hoe je moet multitasken en ben je hands-on ingesteld.
  • Krijgen klanten bij binnenkomst spontaan een glimlach van jou te zien.
  • Spreek je vlot Nederlands.
  • Vind je afwisseling in taken en werkuren geen probleem.
  • Kan je jouw team op een motiverende manier coachen.
