The posting

Als Teamleader Financiële Administratie stuur je een team aan dat verantwoordelijk is voor verzekeringsadministratie en debiteurenbeheer. Je combineert coachend leiderschap met een hands-on aanpak en blijft actief betrokken bij de dagelijkse financiële opvolging.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coachen, begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van jouw teamleden.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Bepalen en bewaken van prioriteiten binnen het team.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte en gestructureerde taakverdeling.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, deadlines en klantgerichte communicatie.
  • Opvolgen van openstaande betalingen.
  • Versturen en opvolgen van betalingsherinneringen en aanmaningen.
  • Verwerken en controleren van ontvangen betalingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij verzekeringsgebonden financiële administratie.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten.
  • Optimaliseren van processen, controles en interne werkwijzen.
  • Stimuleren van samenwerking, eigenaarschap en continue verbetering.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en interne stakeholders.
  • Deze functie richt zich voornamelijk op verzekeringsadministratie, debiteurenbeheer en financiële opvolging en minder op klassieke boekhouding of financiële afsluitingen.

Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen debiteurenbeheer, financiële administratie of verzekeringsboekhouding.

  • Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van een team is een sterke plus.
  • Je combineert coachend leiderschap met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke affiniteit met cijfers en financiële processen.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel met nieuwe systemen werken.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en deadlines bewaken.
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
