Ontwikkel je technische expertise verder binnen kritische installaties waar continuïteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Als Teamleader stuur je een team techniekers aan dat instaat voor het onderhoud en de betrouwbare werking van technische installaties bij grote banken en verzekeraars. Je combineert technische kennis met organisatie, coördinatie en klantcontact op twee technisch vergelijkbare sites in de regio Mechelen en Heist-op-den-Berg.

Jouw werklocatie: regio Mechelen en Heist-op-den-Berg.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je organiseert, plant en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van een team techniekers
  • je verdeelt de opdrachten en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en deadlines
  • je ondersteunt jouw team bij technische vragen en complexere elektrische storingen
  • je bereidt onderhoudswerken en technische interventies grondig voor
  • je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden aan kritische installaties volgens de geldende procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd
  • je maakt werkvoorbereidingen op en zorgt dat materialen, technische informatie en instructies tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • je staat in voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van onderhoudswerken, interventies, planningen en technische documentatie
  • je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en communiceert helder over geplande werkzaamheden, interventies en technische aandachtspunten
  • je waakt over de veiligheid van jouw team en ziet toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsprocedures van Equans
  • je neemt volgens een afgesproken beurtrol deel aan de wachtdienst

  • technische opleiding in elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coördineren van techniekers
  • ervaring met datacenters, noodstroomvoorzieningen, hoogspanning, UPS-systemen of andere kritische installaties is een belangrijke troef
  • sterke kennis van elektrische installaties en onderhoudstechnieken
  • technische expertise gecombineerd met een gestructureerde aanpak van planning, administratie en werkvoorbereiding
  • inzicht in het belang van procedures en nauwkeurig werken in een omgeving waar bedrijfszekerheid essentieel is
  • sterk organisatorisch vermogen om verschillende werkzaamheden en prioriteiten op elkaar af te stemmen
  • professionele communicatie met techniekers, klanten, onderaannemers en interne collega’s
