The posting

Voor de functie als Teamleader Lijnen & Pylonen ben jij de spil op de werf. Je stuurt een team van elektro-monteurs aan en werkt zelf actief mee aan de uitvoering van projecten rond hoogspanningslijnen en pylonen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning wordt gevolgd, de kwaliteit hoog blijft en iedereen veilig werkt.

Je vertaalt technische plannen naar duidelijke instructies voor je team en volgt de voortgang nauwgezet op. Problemen signaleer je tijdig en bespreek je met de Site Manager.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team monteurs op de werf
  • Meewerken aan elektrische en montagewerken (lijnen & pylonen)
  • Plannen lezen, interpreteren en omzetten naar uitvoering
  • Toezien op planning, kwaliteit en voortgang
  • Organiseren van korte werfbriefings (toolboxmeetings)
  • Nieuwe collega’s opleiden en ondersteunen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, ordelijke werkomgeving
  • Rapporteren aan de Site Manager

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (elektriciteit/elektromechanica)
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol
  • Hands-on ingesteld en een echte teamspeler
  • Sterk in communicatie en organisatie
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd op nummer één
  • Flexibel en bereid om op verschillende werven te werken
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Frans

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je kan elektrische en montageplannen correct lezen en toepassen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk
  • Je stuurt bij waar nodig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je motiveert je team om efficiënt en veilig te werken
  • Je gebruikt diverse arbeidsmiddelen correct en veilig (zoals boormachine, slijpschijf, lintzaag, kolomboormachine, betonboormachine, tester LV, plooibank en laser).
  • Je leest, begrijpt en voert elektrische plannen correct uit (o.a. kabeltypes, klemmen, verdeelborden en HV-schema’s).
  • Je zet montageplannen om naar een correcte en veilige uitvoering op de werf.
  • Bij afwijkingen stem je onmiddellijk af met de Site Manager of opdrachtgever en communiceer je dit helder naar je team.
  • Je hebt kennis van meettoestellen en gebruikt deze correct voor het meten van elektrische spanning, het uitmeten en controleren van kabels, en het nauwkeurig uitzetten van niveaus en posities (bv. met laser).
