In deze sleutelrol zorg jij ervoor dat alle laad- en losactiviteiten vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team, bewaart het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat elke levering tijdig en correct de deur uitgaat. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en coachende aanpak loopt alles op wieltjes.

Jouw taken als logistiek teamleader?

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking op de laadkaai.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team logistieke medewerkers.
  • Planningen opvolgen en de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats inzetten.
  • Zorgen voor een vlot verloop van alle laad- en losactiviteiten.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en snel inspelen op onverwachte situaties.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, expeditie, technische dienst en supply chain.
  • Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en correcte werkprocedures.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Zelf operationeel bijspringen wanneer nodig.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt enige ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek of een distributiecentrum.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent niet bang om zelf mee te werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van logistieke processen en werkt vlot met ERP- of WMS-systemen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • Een heftruckattest is een plus of je bent bereid dit te behalen.
