Aufgaben

* Leitung, Koordination und Entwicklung bis zu 5 Mitarbeitenden

* Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schichtführer

* Planen des täglichen Personal- und Ressourceneinsatzes

* Überwachen und Einhalten von Qualitätsvorgaben und Vorschriften sowie Durchsetzen von Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Warehouse

* Identifizieren von Optimierungspotentialen

* Unterstützende Tätigkeiten in der Kommissionierung sowie Be- und Entladung der LKWs

Qualifikationen

* Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik, ergänzt durch eine logistische Weiterbildung und mindestens drei Jahren operativer Erfahrung im Warehouse-Bereich.

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiter_innenführung wünschenswert

* Erfahrung mit Lagerwirtschaftsprogrammen ist von Vorteil

* Fahrerlaubnis für Flurförderzeuge, Staplerschein

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
