The posting

Voor een stabiel en gespecialiseerd productiebedrijf in Neeroeteren, actief in de productie van betonnen buizen en prefab betonelementen, zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Maatwerk.

Als Teamleader Maatwerk stuur je een team van ongeveer 20 betonarbeiders aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de afdeling en zorgt ervoor dat de productietargets op een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte manier worden behaald.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen het management en de productievloer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Plannen en organiseren van de dagelijkse productie en bezetting.
  • Opvolgen en instrueren van de week- en dagplanning.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers.
  • Duidelijke werkinstructies geven en erop toezien dat deze correct worden uitgevoerd.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, rendement, orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Bijsturen wanneer zich problemen of moeilijkheden voordoen.
  • Verbeteren en optimaliseren van werkprocedures.
  • Toezien op het correct naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Dagelijks rapporteren over de werking en resultaten van de afdeling.
  • Het functioneren van teamleden opvolgen en evalueren.
  • Meewerken aan innovatie en verbeteringsprojecten binnen productie.
  • Waar nodig ondersteuning bieden aan andere afdelingen.

Je werkt in een vast uurrooster van 6u00 tot 14u30.

  • Je hebt ruime productie-ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een betonbedrijf of een aanverwante sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je bent sterk in planning en organisatie en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je beschikt over een analytische en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid.
  • Je kunt werkprocedures duidelijk uitschrijven en overbrengen aan je team.
  • Je kunt efficiënt werken naar deadlines toe en bewaakt hierbij kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Kennis van ijzervlechten, paneel- en systeembekistingen en planlezen is vereist.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die medewerkers weet te motiveren en een goede werksfeer kan creëren.
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
