Voor onze klant, regio Evergem, gaan we op zoek naar een Teamleader voor het magazijn.

Jouw takenpakket als meewerkend teamleader magazijn;

  • Aansturen van een klein team van magazijnmedewerkers, reachtruckchauffeurs en orderpickers, meewerken waar nodig.
  • Je staat in voor de coördinatie van de taken gaande van inbound, opslag, orderpicking en outbound.
  • Verdelen van het werk, opvolgen van de personeelsplanning, zorgen voor orde en veiligheid in de loods;
  • Beslissingen nemen over verlofplanning, taakverdeling en opvolging van incidenten;
  • Dagelijkse rapportering over vooruitgang en KPI's aan de warehouse supervisor.
  • Meewerken on the job en in nauw contact met collega teamleads, transportplanning, customer service.

Profiel

Dit kan jij afvinken als meewerkend teamleader magazijn:

  • Je hebt reeds minstens 3 jaar ervaring (in de logistiek) met het aansturen van een team;
  • Je hebt geen probleem om te werken in diepvriestemperatuur (-18 graden);
  • Je kiest ervoor om te werken in 2 ploegen; 6u - 14u; 14u - 22u.
  • Ervaring met een Warehouse Management Systeem en interne monitoringsystemen;
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en goede kennis Engels;
  • Bij voorkeur hebt je ervaring of een attest van reachtruck.
