Zoek jij een logistieke job waarin je zelf meewerkt op de vloer én een klein team aanstuurt? Ben je een

Bij smartphoto maken we blijvende herinneringen voor onze klanten. Als meewerkend voorman zorg jij dat

de logistieke keten vlekkeloos loopt: van het ontvangen van grondstoffen tot het tijdig verzenden van onze

fotoproducten.

Wat zal je doen?

Je staat dagelijks fysiek op de werkvloer en stroopt samen met je team de mouwen op. Je bent het

aanspreekpunt in het magazijn en stuurt een vast team van 4 magazijniers en 2 dispatchers aan (aangevuld

met interimkrachten tijdens pieken). Je werkt nauw samen met 5 collega-brigadiers en de productieleider.

  • Aansturen op de vloer: Je begeleidt je team, zorgt dat iedereen veilig en volgens afspraak werkt en behoudt een goede teamsfeer.
  • Goederenontvangst: Je controleert binnenkomende goederen op kwaliteit en zet ze op de juiste plek.
  • Productie bevoorraden: Je zorgt dat de grondstoffen op tijd bij de productielijnen staan, zodat de productie nooit stilvalt.
  • Dispatch & Afval: Je helpt mee met het laden van uitgaande goederen en beheert de afvalstromen op de vloer.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je volgt de FIFO-regels op (belangrijk voor inkten met een houdbaarheidsdatum) en helpt bij stocktellingen.
  • Planning: Je maakt de dag- en weekplanning voor jouw team en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Locaties: Je werkt op en rijdt tussen onze 2 nabijgelegen sites in Wetteren.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring opgebouwd als magazijnier en je hebt al eens een team aangestuurd.
  • Hands-on & No-nonsense: Je bent graag fysiek bezig op de vloer en pakt problemen meteen aan.
  • Duidelijk en sociaal: Je durft collega’s aan te spreken op afspraken, maar doet dit altijd op een respectvolle manier.
  • Talen: Goede kennis van het Nederlands en basis Engels.
  • Regio: Je woont in de regio van Wetteren.
  • Attesten (pluspunt): Ervaring met een heftruck/reachtruck, scansystemen of een WMS/SAP is een grote troef!
