The posting

Bij ons werk je niet aan standaard projecten. Hier bouw je mee aan indrukwekkende staalconstructies over de hele wereld. Van iconische gebouwen en bruggen tot complexe pretparkattracties. Je komt terecht in een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf waar vakmanschap centraal staat en waar mensen trots zijn op wat ze realiseren. Op de werf werk je samen met een hecht team en krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid én het vertrouwen om je rol echt op te nemen. We zoeken een Teamleader in de montage (opwerven);

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team monteurs op de werf
  • Verdelen van taken en opvolgen van de voortgang van de montagewerken
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie op de werf
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de werfleider en nauw samenwerken
  • Zorgen dat materiaal en materieel correct en tijdig worden ingezet
  • Zelf meewerken aan de montage van staalconstructies waar nodig
  • Problemen op de werf praktisch en oplossingsgericht aanpakken
  • Werken in dagdienst
  • Meestal kom je avonds naar huis, voor sommige projecten zijn overnachtingen mogelijk

Het profiel dat we zoeken;

  • Je hebt ervaring in de montage van staalconstructies
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring in het aansturen van mensen
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en correct interpreteren
  • Je hebt een VCA-attest of wil dit behalen
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt initiatief
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en blijft rustig onder druk
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (BE is een plus)
  • Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en overzicht bewaart op de werf
  • Je bent bereid om in dagdienst te werken
  • Meestal kom je avonds naar huis, voor sommige projecten zijn overnachtingen mogelijk
