Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Teamleader zorg je ervoor dat de vooropgestelde productie-objectieven behaald worden
  • Je werkt mee met jouw team, zowel aan de ovens als aan de schermen
  • Je staat in voor de planning van je team & verdeelt de operationele taken rekening houdend met de voorschriften aangaande veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Je ziet toe op een correcte uitvoering van de werkinstructies en stuurt bij waar nodig door begeleiding en opvolging
  • Je coördineert en organiseert op een efficiënte manier de activiteiten van je team, zodat flexibel ingespeeld kan worden op wijzigende omstandigheden
  • Je hebt een A2 mechanica/elektromechanica of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende is een must & bij voorkeur +5 jaar ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je manier van leidinggeven stimuleert en motiveert je medewerkers
  • Je bent in het bezit van een heftruckattest & spreekt vlot Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
