Wat houdt de job in?

  • Coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers zodat competenties en vaardigheden verder worden ontwikkeld.
  • Organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van personeelsplanningen, opleidingen, afwezigheden en verlofregelingen over verschillende afdelingen heen.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor dagelijkse communicatie en informatiedoorstroming binnen het team.
  • Actief zoeken naar verbeteringsmogelijkheden binnen planning- en ondersteuningsprocessen en deze implementeren in samenwerking met andere diensten.
  • Ondersteunen van operationele teams door digitale eerstelijnshulp te bieden rond planningssystemen en toepassingen.
  • Samenwerken met HR en IT bij de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van planningstools.
  • Contact onderhouden met interne en externe stakeholders en zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Waken over de correcte toepassing van procedures, veiligheidsrichtlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen planning of personeelsorganisatie.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen gecombineerd met organisatorische vaardigheden en ervaring binnen personeelsplanning.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels, aangevuld met natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten.
