En tant que Team Leader, vous êtes le relais terrain direct du Team Supervisor de votre équipe. Vos tâches:

  • Encadrement des collaborateurs: --> Répartir les tâches selon le planning de production, --> Encadrer, soutenir et informer les membres de l'équipe, --> Répondre aux questions, expliquer les consignes, former les nouveaux, --> Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et à l'utilisation des EPI.
  • Suivi du processus de production: --> Surveiller la qualité des produits finis: goût, couleur, format, --> Analyser les paramètres de production et intervenir si nécessaire, --> Réagir aux non-conformités en cas d'absence ou d'arrêt temporaire, --> Remonter les incidents techniques au service concerné.
  • Organisation et communication: --> Assurer une communication fluide entre les équipes, notamment lors des changements d'équipe, --> Enregistrer les données de production, --> Veiller à la présence et aux performances des membres de l'équipe, --> Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, ordonné et conforme aux exigences qualité, sécurité et environnement.
  • Développement et ambiance d'équipe: --> Favoriser une bonne ambiance de travail et une collaboration constructive, --> Identifier les axes d'amélioration de chacun, encourager les progrès, --> Travailler en lien étroit avec votre Team Supervisor pour faire progresser l'équipe.
  • Vous avez une première expérience en production, idéalement en tant que référent, chef d'équipe ou opérateur senior.
  • Vous êtes disponible pour travailler en horaire 2 équipes (matin/après-midi), nuit fixe ou week-end.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, fiable et positif.
  • Vous êtes capable d'organiser, suivre et ajuster le travail en temps réel.
