Met ongeveer 1000 ‘Brabantianen’ zorgen we voor de (wereldwijde) productie, marketing, verkoop en distributie van onze Designed to Last producten.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een sterke leider met ervaring in productie en zin om een team naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Teamleader Productie stuur je een team van operatoren aan en zorg je voor een vlotte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de productieplanning. Je bewaakt de procesflow tijdens je shift en grijpt in bij storingen of kwaliteitsafwijkingen. Je verdeelt het werk op basis van competenties, ondersteunt je team in hun dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan verbeterprojecten (o.a. Kaizen en 8D), begeleid je nieuwe medewerkers en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie binnen de ploeg en naar andere shiften. Je rapporteert aan de Supervisor Productie.

Jouw profiel als Teamleader Productie:

  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving en in het aansturen van een team
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden
  • Resultaatgericht en stressbestendig
  • Kennis van veiligheid en kwaliteit is belangrijk
  • Werken in 2-ploegen
  • Ervaring met Lean/continue verbetering is een plus.
