Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationale high-tech productieomgeving zoeken we een Teamleader Productie die graag mensen aanstuurt én technisch betrokken blijft bij de productie.

Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 6 assemblage en test operatoren en combineert people management met technische en organisatorische taken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en opleiden van assemblage en test operatoren.
  • Opstellen van de productieplanning en verdelen van taken.
  • Opvolgen van productie, batches en administratie.
  • Meewerken op de productievloer.
  • Voorbereiden en bouwen van prototypes en first builds.
  • Meedenken over de productie van nieuwe producten.
  • Opstellen en verbeteren van werkinstructies.
  • Opvolgen van materialen, aankopen en pricing.
  • Bijdragen aan kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continue verbetering.

Naar wat voor een Teamleader Productie zijn wij opzoek?

  • Ervaring als teamleader, supervisor, ploegbaas of leidinggevende in een productieomgeving.
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Tussen de 3 en 5+ jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van elektronica en/of mechanica.
  • Project management skills.
  • Goede pc-vaardigheden (Microsoft Office, voornamelijk Excel)
  • Je bent praktisch, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent communicatief en stressbestendig.
