Voor een Belgisch familiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een teamleader. Samen met je ploeg, sta je in voor de efficiënte werking vna de productielijn en draag je bij aan ene goed gestructureerde en veilige werkomgeving.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • In deze functie zie je erop toe dat alle veiligheids-, hygiëne- en netheidsvoorschriften correct worden toegepast. Daarnaast begeleid en motiveer je de medewerkers binnen jouw team, zodat iedereen optimaal kan functioneren. Je bent niet enkel leidinggevend aanwezig, maar werkt ook actief mee op de werkvloer en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten van de productie en het bedienen van de vulinstallatie. Tijdens het proces volg je de werking van de machines nauwgezet op en grijp je in wanneer er afwijkingen optreden. Indien er zich technische problemen voordoen, probeer je deze eerst zelf te verhelpen of schakel je de technische dienst in.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van de productieplanning en controleert of alles volgens schema verloopt. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit door stalen te nemen, de resultaten te registreren en indien nodig onmiddellijk bij te sturen wanneer er afwijkingen worden vastgesteld.
  • Naast de operationele taken sta je ook in voor de organisatie van het team. Zo stel je de personeelsplanning op en volg je verlofaanvragen van medewerkers op.

Voor deze rol wordt iemand gezocht die

  • Ervaring heeft binnen een productieomgeving en zich comfortabel voelt in een leidinggevende positie.
  • Je weet medewerkers te coachen en te motiveren en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot samen te werken met zowel je team als andere afdelingen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en slaag je erin om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Open staat om te werken in 2 ploegen.
